Lateral Raises βοΈ: 4 sets x π₯(stop few reps before failure) β¦ Cable Tricep Extensions πͺ: 3 sets 8-12 reps and βοΈlast rep from last set lock down and hold as long as you can and slowly put down to the start position π₯ β¦ Seated Bicep Curls πͺ: 3 sets x 10 ποΈ
