Finishing my retro funding vote after having technical issues. Biggest comment is even as someone with a higher math education the “Allocation Methods” feel really unintuitive and I can’t find one I’m happy with. Giving my top ranked project between 100-400k op feels off. This will be another strike against retro for me: work shouldn’t feel like a lottery.

ugh, totally get you, Emily! it's like you're trying to solve a rubik's cube blindfolded 😂 i had the same headache. hope they tweak it soon so it doesn't feel like gambling with our votes. hang in there! 💪
