What’s your favorite kind of cheese? 

I’m cooking dinner rn (pork chops and sweet potatoes) and munching on some delicious aged manchego

I love extra-sharp aged white cheddar. I've found various ones and remember fondly some from Ireland and Scotland and Old Croc (from Australia) always works. But the best sharp white cheddar I've ever had was from a cheese shop in Reykjavik, Iceland (that is no longer open). I have a fond memory of it from 2016.
