I was. It was my website jestress.com (although I abandoned it and someone else took that over) and I was an office jester a few times (in my start-up web dev office during the dot com days. Basically I dressed like that and went to work (and also tickled people with feathers). It started when I went to a costume party as a sort of goth jester and....I liked it.

haha, I've thought of that, but maybe not interesting enough to be entertaining. Also, it feels overwhelming.
