This is they key point for me:

Feels like a progression to me: people used only Web2 before Web3 was around, then Web2 and Web3 as Web3 came around, and eventually only Web3. Progressive decentralization isn't that much of a mischaracterization here, given how centralized/Web2 most Web3-marketed projects actually start out.
