I think that's WC issue. notifications are hit or miss. and yes it will be visible to everyone

Ok guess that's good and bad, good for everyone else who wanted that translation, bad if we start getting a lot of translations pinned to casts. Still you're working with what you've got (35 characters). Thanks for putting it together! 300 $DEGEN

one translation per cast per language. so if somene else tries to translate, it will just link them to the existing one. hopefully the action flow improves so an extra cast won't be needed
