i’ve found that some of the most driven, strong-willed, and masochistic people I know are treadmill runners…

if you can run fast on a treadmill (sub 7:30/mi pace) for 10-15 miles, you are built different because that sh*t is mind numbingly boring

my new investment thesis: strong engineers with strong legs and an even stronger mind!
