I’ve noticed with younger gen z they either avoid confrontation, or are way too aggressive and make things black and white.

It’s up to us to provide guidance and help them correct course.

Why do you think Gen z has this problem?

I feel the gap between the gen X and us,Gen z’s is a little too steep and maybe that’s a major factor that causes these “avoidance of confrontation(s)”. 

I’d say the genesis of the whole problem is premised majorly on the dynamic nature of things.
