There’s been more conflict on Farcaster this weekend than any in my recent memory (except maybe the invite floodgate??) 👀😩🤷‍♂️

Do you think it’s due to an increase in psychological safety, niceness fatigue, we’ve reached enough scale to support legitimate factions, or something else?

I didn’t notice a significant uptick in conflict platform wide. 

First thought: Psysch safety is necessary ingredient for constructive conflict, but doesn’t lead to conflict. In my experience I see conflict coming from misaligned goals, values, and insecurity.

To add, most conflict that I’ve seen is due to miscommunication rather than actual misalignment.
