This week I challenged myself to get closer to my subjects. 

Key things I focused on:
- no sun glasses
- no headphones
- if they see me take their photo, smile back and acknowledge them
- move slowly but with purpose

Yeah In Flagrante is a masterpiece 

Your black and white portraits focused on Chinatown reminded me of his work in Ireland 

And I know of him coz he was the professor for four classes I took in college :)

I actually haven’t! Looking now. So powerful. Especially “In Flagrante”. 

Curious why you decided to mention him?

Actually great! More confidence in shots up close. 

When I’m too self conscious, I fall back to my default template [example]

I just need to keep reminding myself to remain focused and follow my curiosity.
