I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

On the other hand, I'm really stiff, like it's impossible. I don't get enough exercise these days, so when I have time, I'd like to.
