Gm Gm - quick Q for the web3 game developers/investors out there…how are y’all thinking about user acquisition? Tons of $$ flowed into gaming in the past 24mo but now the hard part of actually getting players. Does anyone have some thoughts to share around Cac for web3 gaming ? 🙏🏾

This is why I quit my web3 gaming job and started a web3 advertising protocol. To answer your question, there aren’t many web3 games that regular gamers want to play yet. That should be your audience. Games make money at scale because F2P is the base price a user pays to play.

So, CAC is probably equivalent or higher than regular gaming at really high budgets unless you’ve cultivated a huge audience and carried it through the last 24 months The teams should have been testing this as part of their roadmap and soft launch plans.
