Jensen Huang has been running Nvidia for over 30 years. No one cared about how he ran the company. No one interviewed him about it, wrote articles about it or Twitter threads about it. Until now. The secret likely isn't that he has no 1:1s and whatever else (I haven't read most of it) about his management (founder) style. The secret is likely that he's been at it for 30 years. Continuously pushing the tech and exploring many opportunities with determination and grit. Leaving competitors with less conviction far behind. Most people didn't even know his name and would not have if it were not for the recent AI boom. Others will likely fail to mimic him as they have failed to mimic Steve Jobs or Zuckerberg. One thing all three have in common is that they all just kept at it and changed with the times.
