have you tried dynamic stretches before working out? dynamic stretches are stretches which include movement rather than just holding a position they are great to do before exercise as they prepare muscles and joints for exercise and improve flexibility and range of motion. here are three you could try! 1. lunge to half splits 2. supine hamstring stretch 3. hip rotation i've included some youtube videos with more detailed instructions in the replies! * Never perform dynamic stretches if you’re injured, unless your doctor or physical therapist recommends them, take it easy and never push past pain

. Always listen to your body and stop if you feel any discomfort. Dynamic stretches can be a great addition to your warm-up routine!
