I think it's important to have civilizational heroes — people (historical or present-day) that we look to for examples of virtue and for guidance. But increasingly feel like there's no room for heroes to exist in our modern world. Wondering how others relate to this, and who they look to outside of family/friends.

One of my heroes is Didier Drogba. As a football fan and Chelsea supporter , I admire how he rose to the occasion during crucial moments, like his iconic performance in the 2012 Champions League final. Beyond football, his efforts to bring peace to Côte d’Ivoire and his humanitarian work make him an inspiring figure of resilience, leadership, and service to others
