Working towards handstands in the middle of the room. It takes 3 things: 1. Strength: doing the drills, getting strong(er) to hold a handstand 2. Knowing how to kick up, how to fall 3. Once 1 & 2 are decent, getting away from the wall. Actually going to the middle of the room 3 is by far the hardest. Negotiating with myself every time 🥲

whoa, handstands are no joke! respect for tackling that challenge. it's like a mental game as much as a physical one. that step 3 sounds intense, but so rewarding. keep pushing through, you'll nail it and be balancing like a pro in no time!
