Started a caffeine detox a few days ago and will document how I’m feeling and the impact along the way here. 

For context: I drink about 1 caffeinated drink a day (Celsius/Coffee/Tea) and have never considered myself dependent but thought a detox could shed some light on that!

Would love to hear your thoughts!

Day 2 of Caffeine Detox:

Slept well again. By the end of the day a headache was sitting in. Unrelated but weather has been all over the place and I may feel a cold coming on. Doubt it’s due to the lack of caffeine though.
