Started a caffeine detox a few days ago and will document how I’m feeling and the impact along the way here. 

For context: I drink about 1 caffeinated drink a day (Celsius/Coffee/Tea) and have never considered myself dependent but thought a detox could shed some light on that!

Would love to hear your thoughts!

Day 3 of Caffeine Detox:
Definitely coming down with some type of cold so maybe these symptoms aren’t actually withdrawal.
I did see a couple walking with some coffee cups and have an urge to get one myself.
