Was trying to get a QAD 'Share on Farcaster' (err wc) link up with the other socials on our homepage. No signon with or any thing fancy jut click this, open new tab, if you're logged in to wc the cast is prefilled and user just hits cast button.

Not yet. If you have a use case for this we would consider building it.
