The Revenue Chair position, held by @pichi, requires an additional proposal to address the way that the rewards are paid out.

FWIW, I don't expect this proposal to be contentious. It's a routine upgrade that swaps the Waterfall contract for a new one that correctly calculates the net compensation for the Revenue Chair. 

In the future, should we decide to maintain the position, we won't need to submit a separate prop. 

If there are no comments or glaring issues, I'll submit this for a vote in ~24 hours.

Yeah that’s 💯 true. It moves money so I’d like to simulate it before voting for it which is a no brainer if it actually does what the proposal says it will do. 

Reasonably low risk & easy e vote to revert. The effort to simulate this may be too high to actually do before deploying😆. Thinking it’s a good practice though so asked if you had figured it out

I assumed this was just the follow up to the previous proposal and making the new waterfall official.

Yeah this is an annoying side effect of the Nouns Builder UI. You can reference the hash against the smart contract interface (see photo)

The first txn pauses the auction to make the change, the second one updates to the new waterfall, and the third waterfall unpauses it
