It's a great book full of insights and useful research backed practices.

I'm loving it and making copious notes! The book comes with an idea summary, but which ones make sense for each person probably varies.

One thing I did kind of by accident (and was how I found the book): watching YouTube videos of people who love the winter, like Cecilia Blomdahl, who lives in Svalbard in the Arctic.
