The other day, I was complaining that I could only drink brewed coffee at home… and now it’s my third day drinking it at home because I’m on sick leave. Haha careful what you wish for! Also, I’ve decided I want a smart ring to track my sleep and activity. It’s recommended choosing the right size with a size kit, which I received yesterday. After testing the samples, I realized I feel most comfortable wearing it on my thumb rather than the recommended index finger. Overall, it does the same as a smartwatch or fitness band, but I’m especially interested in sleep tracking. I don’t like wearing a wristband to bed, so the ring seemed like a more comfortable alternative. Does anyone already have one or something similar? What are your thoughts?

I always thought these rings are very expensive 😅 And also didn't know they could send you a size kit beforehand!

Actually, they are quite expensive 😅. Mine will cost around 300 euros - more than a fitness band but cheaper than a smartwatch. That’s why I’m still unsure about buying it, so I ordered the size kit first to make sure I can actually wear it. The size kit costs 10 euros, but I think that amount can be deducted from the final cost of the ring. I tend to fidget a lot, and at first, I tried the recommended size for my index finger. Half a day was enough to realize I kept spinning it, trying to take it off, and even nibbling on it a little 😅. Then I switched to a different size on my thumb, and it felt much less noticeable. I used to have a 20-euro fitness band with the same functions, but the silicone strap really bothered me. I kept taking it on and off multiple times a day 🫠
