Why is this happening? And where to find help

Long story short: your account was flagged because you logged in at least once (!!) from a location that the US has financial sanctions on, so they can't provide financial services to you. 

But it's a total lottery cause other people from the same location get the wallet just fine 🤷‍♀️

There is no help, just a ban and that's it. 

Also it makes no difference if you move to a different location, it won't lift the ban.
