Do you know 1 medium boiled egg contains about 370mg of Cholesterol. 100g of beef contains about 90mg of Cholesterol. Your liver produce about 3000mg daily independent of whether you eat the above or not. You need at least 15eggs and about 3.5kg of red meat a day to come close to that. Assuming you put digestion and absorption rate into consideration. Can you eat that? 🤔
