Humans as in, human bodies with the same capabilities as ours, have been here for 200.000 years

I agree 100% . I believe that humans have accomplished heights that none can imagine in this century cuz we were not there at the time but when they were at there peak nature has to stop them every time. History is full with natural disasters but very few stories tell us about the civilizations and there achievements.
