Quick layman explanation on Frame: - You create site, site has link - Site has meta frame tags - You post site link to FC client - Client parses the meta tags - If supported, will embed the Frame, if not fallback to simple embed - Click Button will send POST to site link - Response from site is HTML with new frame

POST URL can be customized by adding an fc:frame:post_url entry to your meta tags.
