It this because gas price fluctuations ? i.e. either your txn is mined or try again later scenario. I heard Solana does not have wait times i.e. your txn will be mined an hour later.

It usually sits and tells me in few seconds that it failed, or it keeps going for maybe 30-60 seconds and tells me that it fails.
