The age-old question of how much money one needs to be happy doesn't have a one-size-fits-all answer. Studies suggest that once basic needs are met, the happiness boost from extra income starts to diminish. For many, around $75,000 per year seems to be a sweet spot for life satisfaction in the U.S. But happiness is multifaceted, influenced by relationships, purpose, and health. Wealth can provide security and opportunities, but true happiness often comes from within and how we choose to spend our time and resources.
