So I've come across the classic blocker of being banned by Apple. Except its not just that my app got rejected from the store, they've entirely banned me from even creating a developer account so I cant build my app locally to test it.

Support's response: "we cant tell you why you're banned"

Any suggestions?

My current thought is to adapt my react native app to a PWA since a lot of functionalityis through web2 integrations anyone. Getting native access to Apple Health would simplify my frontend and backend work by a lot so I'd rather not though
