Confession: I haven't been going higher in some areas of my life that I want to be

As we celebrate one year of higher I've been taking some time to reflect on what matters most to me and how I can aim higher in those pursuits

The reality is it's nice to bullpost about higher and keep the energy up but going higher also requires consistently putting in the work, even — and especially — on days that you don't want to
