1. hub<>validators is apples and oranges.
2. Farcaster hubs == full nodes in a block chain.
3. validating and the reward paid to validators is to agree on a unified state == blocks. 
4. Farcaster has no needs for blocks/unified state because the ordering of transactions don't threat the integrity of the system.
