Chinese banks have started accepting payments from Russia again, but there is one caveat Transactions are carried out in yuan. The regional banks of the north have started working directly with the Russian Federation. Not all southern companies are ready to open accounts in remote regional banks. Because of this, the stability of trade currently remains in question.
