Onchain Summer is For The Children
We teamed up with Wu-Tang Clan & held a week-long decentralized Onchain Summer charity art auction event For The Children. We already raised $4000+ from participating artists and patrons so far. In July @rskagy.eth @lynn-mosqueda will fly to the Dominican Republic with members of Wu-Tang Clan to feed children, give them & their families brand new clothing to wear, give them backpacks full of pencils, erasers, rulers, & other school supplies, & fix up the Church we started working on last December. ⛪

When Ryan posted the link to guild.xyz/thecreators in late April it opened up a new world to me.  This world had obviously existed before that link was posted, but in my opinion wasn't really accessible to people still asleep.  It was a violent awakening from a dream (or reality) that we all know as "there has to be a better way".

What followed was a lot of studying and trying to keep up with all of the different community injections.  I discovered Warpcast, Smart Wallets, games that can help you accumulate crypto, bridging, and a lot of awesome creative people.  The quests brought you to different communities (A LOT OF THEM), all with different ideas on how the world can be a better place, but all with the common goal that it starts with the kids.

If you paid attention and played this right, you should be well established onchain.  And you helped the kids while doing it.

What Ryan and so many others have created is a safe place where people can collaborate on their interests first and not the greed and ego that kills so many corporations and companies. The mission is the only thing that matters and when you obtain people with that mindset, we push all of the other bullshit to the side.  "For The Children" if you will.

One of the key points of this whole thing was it is a lot easier to create than it has been in the past.  Tools are widely available to help you unleash your creativity now.  I was a bit too late to learn how to provide content for this project as I was more concerned about getting established onchain, but I was able to help hang some of the pieces you see in the Shaolin Art Center and I was able to invest in PEOPLE with world changing ideas behind the awesome artwork presented there.  It doesn't take much to get involved and ask what you can do to help.  You won't believe what it will do to your heart and soul.
