Moving to part-time with one of our genius engineers so he's on the lookout for a part-time gig elsewhere. He's a senior full-stack engineer with solid experience in Solidity, special skills in data engineering. Wouldn't advertise him out if I didn't need to. Also a veeery likeable person.
