Great convo here around the value of a mint vs minutes listened when it comes to unpacking collectors of onchain media.

IMO the sweet spot is combining top of funnel distribution using boosts with deeply engaged core community members sharing in the upside (via Hypersub) with strong social ties and a sense of status and belonging.

After going really hard on boosts + quests the last few months I'm realizing that we need to focus a lot more on building our core community - otherwise it's all smoke and mirrors and there's no reason to stick around.

Really healthy challenges from @ted on how she's thinking of Club Ted (very tight-knit high density and high retention) vs someone like @levy with Mint Podcast (bigger focus on top of funnel and maximizing distribution).

Great conversation about the value of boost for creators. Boost is a neutral toolkit just like traditional networks, and tokens are still in early stages. As tokens move from speculation to utility, getting tokens in the hands of the right users becomes a much bigger problem to solve - and @boostxyz will play a major role here
