Similar to company building, the times I have been in the best shape of my life were when i was building towards something Exercising just to exercise has helped but the gains are much less

where are you on your training journey for it? i started 3 weeks ago and i agree. training towards something is v rewarding, motivating and focused just came back from the training session of today 🙌

In the beginning 🙂I can probably do a 5k in a little under 24 min at the moment, need to build up my stamina A lot of it is my ego tbh, i need to tell myself to slow down and run more For where im at longer runs with slower speeds is probably better than shorter runs with faster speeds I used to run competitively so mentally my brain wants to run at the speed I used to be at (like 18-19 min 5k)
