yes, Obsidian has had E2EE ever since Sync launched https://help.obsidian.md/Obsidian+Sync/Security+and+privacy

I'm thinking a lot if it's possible to create a collaboration engine with e2e without a server purely on file cloud drive file system. if the content is e2e encrypted do you manage conflicts locally?
