I have never heard of this Trustbit site so I am not sure how they come up with these blog posts 🤷‍♂️

my guess: everything about obsidian feels like FOSS, but then you realize that the source code isn‘t public. I was surprised as well. Nothing wrong with that. Guess it‘s a positive for how you handle your business, especially compared to other propriety software.
