Amazing the amount of money that has gone into it. Pretty sure kettle corn was a result of the research. 😆 Also remember hearing a story about scientists who gave sweetened peanut butter to mice. The mice literally couldn't stop eating.

Well written! Should definitely be promoting this. I experience this a lot with Curve. It was/is the best option for stablecoin swaps on Gnosis but has a MS-DOS circa 1992 UI. If I had to use it for anything else, I'd stop using it.
