I have submitted the claim for vote and bounty contributors @gabrieltemtsen @ayomayowa @thegoldenbright and @y0b are free to vote as well over the next 48 hours (however, the funds will be released no matter what since I had the majority of DEGEN contributed)

Today, my kids and I completed @christin’s bounty, which called for donating to Simply the Basics, or one of its official partner locations.

Using a portion of their allowances, which they set aside to “Give” to a charity or cause of their choice, my kids and I purchased over $250 in toiletries and personal hygiene supplies (pictured: box 1 of 3), which we donated to Bridges to Change. 

BTC aims to support people on their recovery journeys through a combination of community-based housing, peer delivered services, and behavioral health treatment. I couldn’t think of a worthier cause!

It’s funny because we were coming up with ideas on how they wanted to spend their “Give” this year, and had a short list pulled together. Then at some point you casted about bounties that remained open and I came across this one. I was shocked it hadn’t been completed, so I mentioned it to them and they got very excited! The folks at Bridges to Change were super friendly and very grateful.
