to answer your question yes every claim submission on a poidh bounty is an NFT

when the bounty creator accepts a claim, the NFT gets transferred to them at the same time the funds get transferred to the winner!

unfortunately the frames are only for individual bounties and submitting claims rn, you can't create a bounty via a frame

but it's super easy on https://poidh.xyz/base! just connect your wallet and you'll be able to see the create bounty form

also one note, if you're on mobile, I recommend using the browser built into your mobile wallet (less buggy)

all bounties can have unlimited claims! you can, however, ban claims you don't like 

not usually a problem, but if for some reason a person breaks the rules and you don't like seeing the claim you as bounty creator can login, click the claim, then click the "ban" button
