I went to Warpcast.com while logged out and clicked "Join the conversation" 

took me to a page only listing app options

why force app download? couldn't people just connect a wallet, pay to set up an account, and do apps down the line?

building pics or it didn't happen - poidh.xyz - fully onchain bounties with collectible NFTs - come chill /poidh

looks like same flow on desktop which makes even less sense

providing a wallet connect button and a gamified sign up flow (like "sign up and get a commemorative NFT") would prob convert pretty well

The # of people with an Ethereum wallet who are not willing to mobile app + in-app payment is pretty small. 

We need to significantly scale DAU. 

That said, we should offer a way to pay with crypto. Will add soon.

Also focus is on retained DAU. That means mobile. Classic stated vs. revealed preference.
