Technically, “Power Badges” are gone. They have been replaced with a “flag” on Warpcast called:

"activeOnFcNetwork"

If it’s “true” your frames show expanded to everyone and you will be on the main feed of Warpcast moderated channels (any channels that has no moderator set). If it’s false, you won’t and your frames will be collapsed. The flag is usually updated Monday at 11:59 PM UTC.

This is kind of funny, because I've been the most active I've ever been lmao. But I guess there is a category of Active that I am not.
Hopefully "False" flag isn't a one way ticket like spam label.
