In times like this "Like" isn't the button you want to press, but more like "heart".  Its only a fraction of what you must have gone through, but I've had pinched nerves and rotator cuff problems and can totally understand how much pain that can be... even if on a miniature scale.
Hope you're quality of life is always improving and that you get better soon mate.
