getting back into the swing of things! what do you have after a workout? used to have gold standard whey back in the day, is that still the go-to?

Pre: 0% Greek Yogurt w/ Honey and a few gummy worms Post: Whey (Gold Standard is fine, I prefer Whey+ from Legion), Creatine, and carb of choice (I generally wait a bit then have a breakfast scramble w/ sweet potatoes)
