Start in a plank position, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels. 2. Engage your core by pulling your belly button towards your spine. 3. Hold for 30 seconds, maintaining steady breathing. 4. Transition to a side plank on your right side, stacking your feet and raising your left arm to the sky. 5. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch to the left side. 6. Finish with a bird-dog exercise: On all fours, extend your right arm and left leg simultaneously. Hold for 5 seconds, then switch sides.
