Yetis! And practice. I've researched traditional food storage techniques. Americans are nutty about refrigeration, and I base my methods on food science. And i don't incorporate foraged foods in the backcountry because of allergy risk, but will in the frontcountry!

Very cool! But how do you keep ingredients fresh? Do you incorporate foraged food?
