Does anyone here do a early test for cancer? If so, what do you use?

I get alternating breast mri and mammogram + transvaginal ultrasound every 6mo (or should). I also do CA-125 testing https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/ca-125-test/about/pac-20393295

i go more frequently and with specificity based on personal risk, vs a less accurate all around like Grail
