The need to go to the gym is winning over my “don’t leave after dark” rule so I’m using this as an excuse to show you the pepper spray brand I picked I liked it because it has a lot of volume/is a big bottle, a gel (reduces risk of blowback) and not only maims your assailant but also marks them
