New channel experiment

If you're following the /crypto-the-game channel, you'll see casts from people in that channel you don't follow in your home feed automatically.

Goal is to increase social graph density for a specific sub-community.

If the experiment goes well, we may start rolling this out to other channels.

I know channels don’t work like this normally, but I feel like most people assume they do work like this all the time.
